No, it's not another blog with anorexic chicks writing their food diaries. It's nothing like that.
But I will be writing about my experiences and hopefully my success in this journey I'm beginning on of becoming healthier.
And for me, healthier doesn't necessarily mean a lower number on my scale. It means being at a better point in my life physically th
an I am now and being satisfied with how I am, inside and outside.
Not to worry, dear friends, this blog is not just about me working out and getting ripped. I'm a college student in my last year, with the troubles of finding a job in this down the shit hole economy. There will be angst. There will be frustration. There will be sex.
This is my outlet of being completely and utterly honest with everyone, especially myself, which I feel that I rarely do. So please, stick around, read some of my scrambled thoughts, and enjoy yourself.
